Important Update About Pharmacy Services
Many of you are aware that the profession of pharmacy has changed significantly over the past five years. Pharmacists can now provide vaccinations, prescribe for many minor ailments, and formally assess a variety of health conditions. These expanded services allow us to play a greater role in your healthcare, but they also require additional time, documentation, and clinical assessment.
To ensure we continue to provide safe, high-quality care and meet the standards established by the Ontario College of Pharmacists, we are making some changes to how pharmacist consultations are managed.
If you require advice, an assessment, or other professional services from the pharmacist, you may be asked to complete a brief pre-screening form before speaking with the pharmacist. This process helps us:
Properly assess and prioritize your healthcare needs
Gather the information required for a thorough consultation
Allocate the appropriate amount of time for your concern
Schedule an appointment when necessary
Maintain the documentation required under current professional standards
When visiting the pharmacy for a pharmacist consultation, please come prepared with your Ontario Health Card number.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to adapt our services to better meet your healthcare needs.

“Kathleen is such a great pharmacist. She's gone above and beyond to help me multiple times over the 6+ years I've been going here. I can't imagine going back to a big name pharmacy again.”
